Bill works with leaders, managers, and their teams to increase capabilities, capacity, and performance. He is a highly experienced executive with deep understanding of the inner workings of large and small organizations. His background includes C-level experience in startups, turnarounds, and established companies, both domestically and internationally.
With a background that includes C-level executive experience in startups, turnarounds, and established companies, Bill also has deep experience in product development, marketing, and overall general management. He assists many leaders with coaching, training, and technology assistance, as well as regularly acting as a trusted business advisor.
Especially effective in working with executive leadership teams and entrepreneurs, Bill helps leaders generate true alignment on the vision and specific outcomes of the organization, while ensuring they create clear accountability. His clients learn how to build greater trust among their team and how to effectively address underlying tensions and motivations of individual team members.
